At Made You Look Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and protective shipping mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
